This home offers 2 private parking spaces in a garage and street parking. If you didn't bring a car, Uber and Lyft pick up within minutes, and the Monon trail is close by for biking enthusiasts. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance and backyard, which are motion-activated and can be remotely monitored. Additionally, a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee for violations. No smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee for violations. The maximum property capacity is 8, and no unregistered guests are allowed.
