Feel at home in this beautifully restored 4-bedroom historic home in the charming St. Joseph's Historic Neighborhood. This centrally located retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Indy Heritage House offers stylish living spaces, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and cozy outdoor areas featuring a fire pit, corn-hole, and outdoor seating. Enjoy the warmth of a vintage fireplace, game nights with Scrabble and puzzles, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Complimentary coffee, oatmeal, popcorn, and breakfast bars are provided. There are two spots for dining, one off the kitchen and a grand dining room off the front door. A utility room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available. The quaint patio and fenced backyard are ideal for group gatherings and relaxation. This home is near Mass Ave and downtown attractions. It's a short drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway (14 minutes), Mass Ave (5 minutes), the Indianapolis Convention Center (7 minutes), and Lucas Oil Stadium (8 minutes). Mass Ave is also a 20-minute walk away, and the Indianapolis Convention Center is a 30-minute walk away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. Parties are prohibited and will incur a $2000 fee. Smoking is prohibited and will incur a $1000 fee. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher must be started. The maximum property capacity is 8, and no unregistered guests are allowed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture (additional cleaning fees can be added), all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of ($200 Pet Waste Disposal Fee), and pets must be put in a cage/kennel when left alone. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance, side porch, driveway, and backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio.
