This large yet cozy house is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. Stairs may be required; wheelchair access is not available. This house has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a full kitchen, complimentary shower liquids, high-speed internet, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and fresh linens. Relax on the balcony with downtown skyline views. Two covered parking spots are included. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Downtown Indianapolis offers a mix of residential options: charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture, as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts, and modern apartments. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, and Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away. The heart of the neighborhood is an easy 10-15 minute walk away, and everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 ride. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
