The house is large yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a beautiful balcony with downtown skyline views, a full kitchen, complimentary shower liquids, high-speed internet, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and fresh linens. Two covered parking spots are included. Downtown Indianapolis offers a mix of residential options, including charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture, as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts, and modern apartments. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, and Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away. On nice days and evenings, the heart of the neighborhood is an easy 10-15 minute walk. During inclement weather, everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 Uber or Lyft ride. Stairs may be required as the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. There is a security camera in the hallway in the common area outside the apartment that is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in and out of the listing. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
