Relax on the rooftop deck with downtown skyline views while you BBQ with friends. Enjoy the beautiful balcony and take advantage of the two included covered parking spots. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Downtown Indianapolis offers a mix of residential options, including charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture, as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts, and modern apartments. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, and Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away. The heart of the neighborhood is an easy 10-15 minute walk away. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for any violations.
