Relax on the rooftop deck with downtown skyline views while you BBQ with friends or enjoy the beautiful balcony. Two covered parking spots are included. Ideally located in Indianapolis, you're in the state capital and most populous city of Indiana. Downtown living offers a mix of residential options: charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts and modern apartments. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away and Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away. On nice days and evenings, the heart of the neighborhood is an easy 10-15 minute walk. During inclement weather, everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 Uber or Lyft ride. Stairs may be required as this property is not wheelchair accessible. There is a security camera in the hallway in common area outside the apartment; the camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
