This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Please note that each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features, so decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. In the heart of Nora, you’ll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping. Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and then visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone – the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area, and Indiana. The walkability score is 65, the transit score is 31, and the bike score is 79. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
