There is also street parking available. This property is pet-friendly, but we do have house rules and a pet fee in place. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance, driveway, side yard, and backyard. These are motion-activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor located in the main living areas that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees. There is a $2000 party fee and a $1000 smoking fee. The maximum property capacity is 6. No unregistered guests.
