The CityWay maintenance team is the absolute best. They're quick to respond, get things fixed & are awesome to work with. Not to mention, they go above & beyond. They recently fixed an item in my apartment & then came back to improve an item I didn't even know needed fixed. Whatever they're getting paid, there's no way it's enough.

Really enjoying my time living at CityWay. No apartment is perfect, but the fact that the staff is so attentive and responsive, says a lot. For example: Jada was incredibly helpful with ensuring a smooth move in after some travel difficulties for my cross-country move, and she has been delightful each time I come to the office with questions or concerns. The maintenance team as well, has been extraordinary. The two times I've put in a service request on the portal, I've gotten help the same day from Ashton. He's incredibly thorough, kind, and detail oriented. I'll just say this - I've lived in a lot of apartments over the past 10 years, and no matter how nice the amenities, units, or views are, if the staff is not top notch, it can make or break the experience. So I'm so glad I went with CityWay.
