The CityWay maintenance team is the absolute best. They're quick to respond, get things fixed & are awesome to work with. Not to mention, they go above & beyond. They recently fixed an item in my apartment & then came back to improve an item I didn't even know needed fixed. Whatever they're getting paid, there's no way it's enough.
Really enjoying my time living at CityWay. No apartment is perfect, but the fact that the staff is so attentive and responsive, says a lot. For example:
Jada was incredibly helpful with ensuring a smooth move in after some travel difficulties for my cross-country move, and she has been delightful each time I come to the office with questions or concerns.
The maintenance team as well, has been extraordinary. The two times I've put in a service request on the portal, I've gotten help the same day from Ashton. He's incredibly thorough, kind, and detail oriented.
I'll just say this - I've lived in a lot of apartments over the past 10 years, and no matter how nice the amenities, units, or views are, if the staff is not top notch, it can make or break the experience. So I'm so glad I went with CityWay.
Residences at CityWay offers a perfect blend of downtown convenience and peaceful living. The location is ideal, with easy access to top restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The amenities are outstanding, including two pools, fitness center, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Apartments are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light.
The management team is responsive, and regular community events create a welcoming atmosphere. For those seeking luxury, convenience, or a great environment, CityWay is an excellent place to live.

In the process of moving out from City Way and came down to ask some questions about close out, turning in my keys, and turning in my parking pass.
I spoke to a young man named Jake who answered each question thoroughly. He was definitely a lifesaver!
I had a great experience at City Way. If I wasn’t moving for work, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else downtown. A clean and safe apartment with wonderful amenities and staff. I would give City Way a 10 out of 5 if I could!
CityWay has great staff. The leasing office folks are kind, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Whether they are super busy or short-handed, the maintenance guys are always nice. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Paul in the maintenance team. He has always gone the extra mile for us. Appreciate it!

Big thanks to Ashton and Willie. Every time a request for some sort of service to be done- one thing for sure, the maintenance department will show up and get the job done. But this particular review is based on how quickly Ashton responded to my request and him an Willie came through the same day as the washer/dryer arrived and installed it right away and was super polite and courtesy as they came in and out of my unit. Thanks again.

I am so please with the services provided from the maintenance team . I would like to highlight services provided by Jimmie . He was incredibly friendly , professsional, and thorough with the work order I submitted. Jimmie made sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving and went above and beyond to clean up afterward . I truly appreciate the care he put into his work . Thank you for making city way such a wonderful place to live . Your commitment to excellent service doesn’t go unnoticed . It’s rare to encounter good customer service these days but city ways maintenance team never disappoints .
Moving into City Way Residencies has been an exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding team that supported me throughout the process.
Jada was the first person we met, and despite being bombarded with work, she made time to give my family and me a tour of the complex. Her warmth and kindness were evident from the start, and she made us feel right at home. Not only did the beautiful complex win us over, but Jada's genuine care and dedication sealed the deal for
us.
Jordan was equally amazing, helping me complete my lease with extraordinary patience and professionalism. She, along with Jada, worked seamlessly together, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and ensured that every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork and support were truly commendable.
Warren was also a delight to work with. He promptly assisted me with a maintenance request and always greeted us with a friendly smile. His positive attitude made every interaction enjoyable.
Overall, I loved working with every single person at City Way. Every member of the City Way team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and addressed all my concerns.
