Feel at home in this historic home that has been renovated with modern amenities, yet still showcases its original character with refinished hardwood floors, the original china hutch, and built-in cabinets. Wake up to natural sunlight and watch TV in the plush living room. You will have access to the entire house for the duration of your stay. The convenience and privacy of coming and going as you please is ensured with a secure lockbox on-site check-in. This property has two tiny homes in the back that get booked out frequently. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests should be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. Please remove your shoes when indoors. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in a $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home; any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest; please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and dispose of food waste promptly. Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping plus a $10 processing fee. Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms incurs a fine of $75. There is a $99/per dog fee, with a max of 2; undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times; any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or a monetary fine.
