It takes forever to get anything fixed. Management is incredibly slow to respond to requests. We called and spoke with the management over the phone to on our move out date, which they said would be fine. But then we're given an email later asking about our move out date. They said the person we talked to over the phone no longer worked their and that they didn't know we already set our move out date. Now we are stuck paying for another month, because of how poor communication is in this apartment company.
