If you're a big fan of great food, craft beer, pour-over coffee, and Portlandia, this is your place. This historic home, built in 1906, takes its place among Burnside's many photogenic charmers. Inside this worldly three-bedroom home, you'll find period details like rich hardwoods and sunny windows combined with a minimalist, serene design for pure relaxation. When you're good and zen, head out to explore Burnside's "foodie row" with some of the best restaurants in PDX at your doorstep. This recently remodeled three-bedroom home is tastefully furnished with original features and woodwork intact. It features two queen-size beds in the first room, a bunk bed with two queen mattresses in the second bedroom, and one queen mattress in the third bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests with five queen beds. Enjoy a cozy living room with new windows, a comfy white sofa, and a 55" LED flat-screen TV with Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a spacious dining room with a farmhouse-style table is perfect for hosting. Conveniently located near a Market of Choice, just a few blocks away for grocery needs, this home offers super comfy queen-size beds and a homey atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring. Across the Willamette River from downtown, this area blends industrial Portland with new restaurants, microbreweries, and riverside recreation. Criss-crossed with train tracks and lined with old industrial factories, some of Portland’s favorite restaurants, boutiques, and events call the Central Eastside home. Most daily needs such as groceries, restaurants, shopping, as well as parks and other outdoor areas are within walking distance. Portland also has wonderful public transportation systems that connect most of the city. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. It should be noted that we are located in Central Portland. While this is ideal for walkability to restaurants, other attractions, and proximity to downtown, it also means we have rehabilitation centers nearby. Our guests have never had a single issue with these residents, but it is important to recognize this beforehand for guests that may be caught off guard. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00.
