Getting around couldn't get easier as you are located minutes away from I-5 highway. You have numerous of restaurants and coffee shops as soon as you get in to Main St. The waterfront is also just 5 minutes away driving. It is 2 miles to Downtown Vancouver, 11 miles to Downtown Portland, 12 miles to Portland International Airport, 35 miles to Multnomah Falls, 65 miles to Mt. Hood and 88 miles to the Oregon Coast (Seaside). The neighborhood is usually quiet and a low traffic location. It is a family friendly place and the neighbors are great. There is also plentiful of free parking available on the street if you have more then one car. Guests who bring pets without notifying the host will be charged $400 per pet per night for the duration of the stay. This is a non-smoking home, if you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight. If you bring a pet, ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly. If early check-in or late check-out exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply.
