The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, full-size fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Thoughtful touches and minimalist decor are found throughout, and mini-split A/C and heat provide year-round comfort. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per dog, with a max of 2. Nestled in the heart of the historic Alphabet District, this walkable enclave blends old Portland charm with a vibrant, modern lifestyle. Tree-lined streets and beautifully preserved homes give the area a timeless feel, while just around the corner, NW 23rd Avenue buzzes with life. Outdoor lovers will appreciate being minutes from Washington Park, and cultural highlights are also close at hand. With its unbeatable mix of walkability, dining, nature, and culture, this location offers an authentic Portland experience. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75. There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. Meters accept cards, and you can also use the Parking Kitty app. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. Lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Fast Wi-Fi is available for streaming, remote work, or planning your day’s adventures.
