Welcome to this newly renovated house in the heart of inner SE Portland! Feel at home in this perfect retreat for travelers eager to experience everything Portland has to offer. Completely updated with new appliances, furniture, and finishes, you'll enjoy a comfortable and modern stay. The house features a spacious living room with a comfy sofa and large TV, a formal dining room, and a newly renovated bathroom with a stylish vanity and shower/tub combo. Fresh towels and linens are provided. A fee of $99 per dog applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Nestled in the heart of SE Portland, this area offers a true taste of Portland's unique character. The Buckman neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets and beautiful historic homes. Just a short walk away, you'll find a diverse array of top-rated restaurants, cozy cafes, and trendy bars on SE Belmont and SE Hawthorne Boulevards. Several parks are within walking distance, including Laurelhurst Park and Colonel Summers Park. The Eastbank Esplanade offers scenic views along the Willamette River. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines and immediate eviction. Please remove your shoes when indoors. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75. Please respect check-in and checkout times; any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest; please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and dispose of food waste promptly. Includes a desk in the third bedroom.
