With a Walk Score in the 90s, most errands and adventures can be done on foot. Public transportation options are nearby, and rideshare services are easy to access. The street can be busy at times. No stairs are required to enter the main living space. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times.
