It features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. For entertainment, there is a 55” 4K smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms. The apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a convertible sleeper couch, an in-unit washer and dryer, memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a hair dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a private balcony or patio. Parking is limited to two vehicles in the open parking lot. Any additional vehicles will be towed at the guest's expense. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for one pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for two pets (capped at $295). There is a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for one large pet or $95 one-time fee for two large pets. Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee. Centrally located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this apartment is minutes from Uptown Charlotte and steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Nearby attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium, Plaza Midwood, NoDa Arts District, and SouthPark Mall. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Includes a dedicated workspace.
