Other amenities include beach towels for Barton Springs, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, extra bath towels and linens, a Roku HDTV with antenna for local channels, board games, and basic bathroom essentials. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. There are two off-street assigned parking spaces in front of the building. A free laundry room is available on the first level. Located just .33 miles from Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool, this apartment is also within walking distance of parks and restaurants. You're just a few blocks from Lady Bird Lake, the Hike and Bike Trail, and the back entrance to Barton Springs Pool, plus only two miles from downtown. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may be met with an immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the ashtray provided. This is the perfect place for a family or up to three couples. There is contactless check-in with keyless deadbolt.
