All damages must be reported promptly and are the responsibility of the guest. Parties are not allowed, with a $2000 fee for violations. Smoking is prohibited, with a $1000 fee for violations. The maximum property capacity is six, with no unregistered guests allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of, with a $200 fee for non-compliance. Pets must be caged or kenneled when left alone. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, and tampering with them will result in additional fees.
