Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft pick up within minutes. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All damages must be reported promptly and are to be paid by the guest. No parties are allowed, with a $2000 party fee for violations. No smoking is permitted, with a $1000 smoking fee for violations. All trash is to be taken out and disposed of, and the dishwasher started. The maximum property capacity is six, with no unregistered guests allowed.
