The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. Essential toiletries, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided in each of the 2 bathrooms. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are welcome, depending on size or if they are service animals, for an additional cleaning fee of $25 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 for stays of 30+ nights. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
