This is Unit 2 of a duplex. A pet fee of $120 per pet per stay will be charged prior to your stay. There is a maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained and leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard). All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
