It is fully furnished for your comfort, including a queen-size bed in the sleeping loft and a full-size bed in the main area downstairs, along with a desk and chair for work or relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and cutlery you'll need to cook your favorite meals. The beautiful marble bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Essential amenities include fresh linens, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep you cool and connected, and laundry is made easy with an on-site washer/dryer in the basement. Street parking is available and free. Be sure to read all the posted signs to avoid any tickets as there is alternate side parking on most days, with different days for different streets around the neighborhood. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the Q train line at 72nd Street subway station and 8 minutes from the 6 train line at 77th Street subway station. The Upper East Side is known for its posh buildings, Madison Avenue's flagship boutiques, and proximity to some of the most fantastic museums in the country. Access to the loft is via a ladder, so ensure you're comfortable with this set-up. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside of the apartment, and violations will result in a $500 fine. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and you cannot receive mail at this address, so consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all guests must respect the house rules to avoid any penalties. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
