Conveniently located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The resort is a gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No fireworks of any kind are permitted, and firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
