Experience the magic of Orlando in this spacious, Disney-themed retreat perfect for families and friends. Feel at home just minutes from the parks. This home sleeps 14 and features 6 themed bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 baths. Enjoy the private pool with optional heat and lounge chairs, as well as a game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, and arcade games. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Two large living areas provide ample room for relaxing or playing board games. The upstairs loft offers a cinema-worthy setting for movie nights, complete with comfortable seating and a large screen. A free washer and dryer makes longer stays effortless. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home sits just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. Community amenities include free access to a water park and a clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.
