Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied with a security deposit of up to $150. Located in Reunion, this home places you close to Central Florida’s most popular attractions. Disney is just 4 miles away, with Universal and SeaWorld also within easy driving distance. A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
