As of 12/1, Tomi (or Tomey I am sorry for mispronouncing his name) came to our apartment and diagnosed and successfully fixed our heater. I told him about what happened last time, and he messaged the previous maintenance guy who worked on the heater last time (same issue). HOWEVER, the previous guy denied ever working on the heater even though he touched it last…Tomi (or Tomey) cleaned up after him and redid everything.
