Victoria is amazing! She is very professional and consistent and nice which was rare during my apartment search. She even called to see was I still interested regularly. I was sold once I met her and the apartments made me make a decision once I saw them. Melanie and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. They made sure I got the apartment I really wanted this property. I work in customer service so that goes very far with me. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I been visiting a lot of apartments to make my decision and I definitely recommend Vail Cliffside, the attitude and the attention for me is very important. Melanie was great. the best agent I’ve had moving in. they always keep in contact throughout the process and always offer updates. she is thorough and well informed and answered any and all questions I had. I was not in the country to pick up my keys and they made arrangements so I could get it later and had someone pick it up on my behalf which I thought was really great service as most apartments are stickler for stuff like that. The community is great and well kept, valet trash is fast and reliable, the lock box is an amazing touch to secure packages. Maintenance is great, and always on time with a fast response, another aspect of the team i greatly appreciate.

I’ve only been living at Vail Cliffside over a month, but I love the atmosphere. My leasing agent Victoria Seggelink was so AWESOME!! She was so patient and openly honest with me when I inquired on the apartment complex 2 months prior to applying!! I loved the energy she gave from the moment I walked into the Leasing Office…she still works with me on any questions I may have!! The leasing team as a whole is great to be around and talk to!! Not to mention the complex has all of the amenities I was looking and praying for!!

I absolutely love my son's new apartment at Vail Cliffside in Arlington! It's a secure, gated complex with beautiful views of the woods and high-end interiors. The office staff are absolutely amazing--very warm, friendly, and accommodating! Bridgette went through every page of the welcome packet and patiently answered all our questions. She made the move-in smooth and easy. When we left her office, it was evident that Vail does more than lease apartments. They support their young renters and train them to be good tenants--such a wonderful asset for parents with children leaving home or college and living on their own. Grateful we found them!

I love living here! The move in process was very smooth & effortless. I cannot say enough good about the leasing staff. They are professional & truly caring. From leasing to facilities, I see staff weekly care & maintain the property & seek resident satisfaction. In addition, the renovated units are great. I love the new flooring, blinds, carpeting, countertops, washer/dryer units, cabinets, paint & tub. After living here since March, I have called maintenance for normal issues and are they always resolve my issue within 24 hours. Not to mention the newly renovated pool have been awesome to use. It is so cool that we have 2 pools on property. I also loved being able to cancel my gym membership & use our renovated gym facility! Ok lastly, location,location,location!! 30 minutes to Dallas & Fort Worth is the dream. DFW is literally 15 minutes North. If you can't tell, I really love living here & recommend. Experiencing other properties, i feel like for the money, you will find no other property in the area that can match up to the value of living here. Pleas lmk your questions.
