I had a great experience working with the leasing consultants(Jose San Miguel & Patricia) at Dorian. They were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire leasing process. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Their professionalism and friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I appreciate their dedication to helping me find the perfect apartment and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

had a tour of the facilities & multiple units with Sharon. She was a breath of fresh air, even if it was close to the end of day, her energy was appreciated. i had gone on 4 different apartment tours prior to this one & based off initial interactions w other leasing agents, i checked those off the list, but Sharon was amazing! the vision for the complex that they have is awesome & the renovations are refreshing. haven’t moved in yet, but this is atop my list!
I have left reviews before about the property but this one is about the staff. Specifically Miss Sharon (Green). Since taking over last Dec, the KnightVest staff has been great. They have all been very helpful to me in whatever i inquired about.
Miss Sharon, however, has gone above and beyond any expectation I could have had. She listens, understands and immediately has the resources and knowledge to address any issues or concerns.
I will be moving soon and began the notification and preparation process. Miss Sharon made my decision exrememly difficult. Her attention & diligence in helping accommodate my current needs felt like she cared and that's honestly the hardest thing to walk away from. I hope the mgmt team recognizes the value of Miss Sharon's work and how it helps create the residential community.
Anyone looking to move to a nice area close to everything w a mgmt team that works for and with the residents should def check them out.
I would absolutely choose Dorian again!

The new management under Dorian is really exceptional.
They are always prompt on addressing the concerns and always available to address any queries.
Maintenance request are addressed in a timely manner.
The office staff is friendly and helpful.
The community amenities are really good and it’s nearby big stores and restaurants.
So overall really good experience so far.

Great community, neat and clean. All retail are just a walk away. Walmart, Sam's, McDonald, Desi stores restaurant, everything.
Specially Mr. Jose and Ms Patricia extended excellent customer service and helped me out of way get me move in quickly. Even they guided and facilitated me to get utilities and other services connected. Really appreciate their customer handling.
The Dorian Apartment community, in Dallas, TX is your natural destination for a high-quality life with all the modern amenities and fire safety protocols that could be desired.
Gyms, swimming pool, elevators and lounges are all a part of the complex. In the vicinity are high-quality schools, parks, Walmart, Sam's club, local stores, malls and restaurants for a relaxing nightlife.
The management is extremely responsive and proactive in their approach.
The place is clean tranquil and safe. Festivities like Earth Day, bingo night and other events are held regularly to foster inclusiveness and fraternity-hood.
I recommend Dorian Apartment community as your preferred choice to have a house to stay in and build a way of life.

Ms. Sharon made the leasing and move-in process awesome. I had some very specific requirements in a unit and not only did she meet them, she exceed what I thought was possible and found me a home that was perfect for what I wanted. Then her and her team made the move-in process a breeze. They were very organized about everything that needed to be done and the unit had that fresh new car smell with everything perfect on move-in day. I love the proximity of the complex to Lifetime fitness and numerous nearby restaurant. I can't wait to settle in.
