Honestly, for the price, this apartment can’t be beat! Comes with a huge patio space, spacious walk in closet, decent sized rooms, fireplace, beautiful pool, it’s quiet and a small complex too which we loved. Besides from that the maintenance is one of our favorite things about the apartments. They are very friendly, quick to get the job done and very communicative about the problem and what they are going to do to fix it! When we first moved in a year ago it seemed like the office staff was very forgetful, not the best at communicating and would close the office before closing hours. But maybe they were just short staffed at the time because when I started seeing new faces in the office I also saw all of the prior issues resolved! One of my main concerns with the apartment complex isn’t with the complex or staff but the residents. I never had a terrible interaction with anyone, everyone is very friendly and keeps to themselves. But it doesn’t seem like the people who reside there care for or appreciate the complex but with it being SO affordable and what seemed to be surrounded by lower income housing, what can you really expect? Kids would be unsupervised outside at late hours, trash bags left on the ground outside the dumpster, loose trash all on the lawn, property (such as trash can for dog waste and AC units) being destroyed. Even got the pool closed and the hours reduced to only being open during business hours due to their recklessness. Now, I still would recommend this apartment complex and I have! I think the staff cares about the complex a lot, it feels like they are putting in the effort to make it a better apartment! And it has a lot of great things about it that can outweigh the negatives!
