Unlike at other properties, this management seems to actually care about the upkeep and happiness of their residents. Kelsi has done an exceptional job being attentive and implementing a plan to drive this places success. I had all the plans of moving out at the end of my lease, but thanks to new management they’ll have to see me stick around a little longer! :)

My wife and I worked with Melanie in the leasing office and she did an amazing job of getting us a good apartment spot. Upon moving in we had a lot of concerns about the conditions of some items in the apartment. But once we told Melanie, the maintenance team came and fixed every issue we brought up by the next morning. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. We’ve only been here for 4 days and I’m very happy with the leasing and maintenance team so far.
