I had the pleasure of living at Villas at the Parks, and I can’t say enough good things about both the community and their exceptional team, especially Amanda Serrano. The apartments themselves are quiet, clean, and extremely safe. They are beautifully decorated and surprisingly affordable given the high level of care and maintenance that goes into the property. However, the real star of the community is Amanda. She is the heart and soul of Villas at the Parks. Amanda is genuinely one of the most kind, helpful, and considerate individuals I’ve ever encountered. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, valued, and supported. Whether it was handling maintenance requests quickly or providing thoughtful assistance with any concerns, Amanda always responded with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Even after I moved out, Amanda continued to be incredibly supportive, demonstrating a level of care that is truly rare. Villas at the Parks is lucky to have someone so dedicated and compassionate on their team. Whatever you do, don’t ever lose her—Amanda is an invaluable asset and a true gem. Thank you for making my time there such a positive and peaceful experience!

Just moved in. Amanda was very helpful with finding us an apartment and getting us in in a timely manner. Constant communication and completely professional, I wish more businesses had such dedicated employees. She went above and beyond to ensure our move was peaceful.
