The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The unit also includes a washer/dryer and a full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries. Free street parking is available in front of the building, and SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk. Pets are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. A $1000 fine applies for smoking on the property, and a $500 fine applies for unregistered pets. Parties are not allowed, with a $1000 surcharge for violations. Check-in is flexible after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a fee. Quiet hours are 10 PM on weeknights and 11 PM on weekends. Charges apply for damages, and a $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 AM. Lost keys and fobs are subject to replacement fees. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not worn throughout the inside of the unit.
