This unit is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved applications only. The photos and video are from before our current tenant moved in and are on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a lease that is longer than one year ending anytime in the spring or summer or 2026. Walking into the duplex you enter the kitchen which has space for a dining room table, has a dishwasher, and access to the back 3 season porch. Through the kitchen you have a living room, renovated bath, and bedroom with a dedicated office connected. One Garage space is included in the rent, the garage is shared with the neighbor. As a tenant you are responsible for snow removal, Gas, and Electric. Owner is paying for lawn care, water-sewer-trash. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
