Situated in a walk-up building on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, you'll find yourself close to New York's best restaurants, beautiful parks, and cute boutiques. The Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away, and the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. The apartment offers a cozy living room area furnished with a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest. A small dining table and a flat TV are perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in New York. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit for your convenience. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. Located within walking distance to Central Park and just 2 blocks from the subway station (Q, R yellow line), you'll be able to explore the city effortlessly, allowing you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. The area offers a variety of restaurants and cafes serving delicious food. In the evenings, take a walk around the riverside and watch the stunning sunsets while enjoying some drinks. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before checking out, please empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the safety and security of all guests. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as we periodically update and refresh them. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
