It also includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi, central AC, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer in the unit. If you would like to add pool heating, it is available for $40 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home balances proximity to Scottsdale’s vibrant energy with a calm backdrop. Old Town is just minutes away, along with a variety of restaurants and shops. Free parking on the premises and ample street parking make exploring the area hassle-free. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Do not tamper with the pool vacuum cleaner as it could cause damage to the pool system; failure to observe this rule could result in fines up to $150. If the propane runs low or is empty, the guest is responsible to refill the tank for use during their stay. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
