This full home plus garage apartment suite offers a spacious layout for you and your crew. The main home's first floor features a spacious living room with a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The master ensuite includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. There is also a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and a smart TV. A washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are also available. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and smart TV, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV, and a bedroom with a full-size bed with a twin trundle, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. The guest suite includes a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and drip coffee maker, a dining set for 4, a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a dresser, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. Bright, LED lighted mirrors are in the bathrooms. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. A long driveway accommodates up to 5-6 cars or even boat trailers. We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home for a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. Enjoy being less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with public access directly across A1A. The public boat ramp is just 3 blocks away, and historic downtown is a 15-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has 3 active cameras present around the home: 1 at the front door with views of the exterior entrance, 1 facing the driveway, and 1 facing the pool area. Any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect any of the cameras will result in immediate removal from the property. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin), additional charges will apply ($50 per pile). The beautiful outdoor area features a pool with a waterfall feature, pool chairs set up on the sun shelf to relax in the water, cozy loungers and a conversation set with large umbrellas for shade, and an outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.
