Your beach escape awaits! Feel at home in this chic St. Augustine oasis. This home features a main house and a garage apartment suite. The main house features a spacious living room with a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing in-home meals. The master ensuite includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and a smart TV. There is also a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer with an ironing board and iron. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and a smart TV, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV, and bedroom 4 with a full-size bed with a twin trundle, a closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest suite features a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and a drip coffee maker, a dining set for 4, a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a dresser, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. The bathrooms feature bright, LED lighted mirrors. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. This home is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with public access directly across A1A. A public boat ramp is just 3 blocks away, and historic downtown is a 15-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has 3 active cameras present around the home: 1 at the front door with views of the exterior entrance, 1 facing the driveway, and 1 facing the pool area. Any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect any of the cameras will result in immediate removal from the property. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. The minimum age to book is 25.
