There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, is provided. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. The apartment is located in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips. The city offers several trolley tours for those who prefer not to walk. The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. We can accommodate one dog under 50 lbs at the home with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained or kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. A laptop computer is not included.

If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival.
