There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but a parking pass is provided for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5-minute walk from the apartment). The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. There is a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours. Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door. This apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door, and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips! Amazing shops, restaurants, and bars are just steps away in every direction. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home.
