Located in Vilano Beach, this home is a short 5-10 minute drive to the St. Augustine city center, known for its restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and top restaurants like Caps and Reef are a few minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. Excessive mess will result in the loss of the security deposit for additional cleaning costs. A pet fee of $200 will be applied for 1 dog under 50 lbs, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet.
