The property is built like a two-flat duplex, with the upper and lower portions each having a separate exterior entrance. This home features a fenced backyard with a hot tub and private pool, lounge furniture, pool toys, a picnic table, and a pool basketball hoop. The upper unit has a fully stocked and updated kitchen area, a formal dining room table that comfortably sits 8, and a living room with a large sectional. The lower unit has its own dining table, living room with a sleeper couch, and kitchen. A high chair and pack n play are available for children. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, along with a complimentary washer and dryer with detergent included. Pets are allowed with a fee and must be on the reservation. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. Located a 4-minute walk from Vilano Beach, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment, this home offers quick access to the conveniences of St. Augustine. The 2nd level deck offers dining, shade, a gas grill, and neighborhood views. Nearby attractions include Anastasia State Park, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Colonial Quarter, Flagler College, Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, Fort Matanzas National Monument, Lightner Museum, Oldest House Museum Complex, Oldest Wooden School House, Potter's Wax Museum, Publix Grocery Store, Ripley's Believe It or Not! Failure to follow this rule will result in an automatic eviction, forfeiture of all rental, OTA and cleaning fees, even if discovered after your stay. Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. No unauthorized parties are allowed. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
