This home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, as well as 2 king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs with Netflix. Enjoy the private pool and backyard. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and parking is available for 3 cars. Located a short drive from many attractions, this home is a 2-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to historic downtown St. Augustine and a 2-minute drive to the beach at Anastasia State Park. It's also a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions. There is no vaping or smoking allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch; if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
