It is a block away from the Oldest Jail and Fountain of Youth, and Magnolia Avenue. Away from traffic it is a great neighborhood and location with easy access to shopping, entertainment and beaches. Less than a mile from Flagler college, 2 miles to Vilano Beach and 1/2 mile away from intracoastal waterway boat ramp and St Augustine Beach ( 5 miles). Available for a 12 month lease.
