This home features an upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate downstairs suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The upstairs unit is accessed by an outside stairway. The upstairs home boasts a full kitchen and dining area, a living room, a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed with a twin trundle and an additional twin bed), and a second full bathroom. The downstairs suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom and living space with a king-size bed and a twin daybed with a trundle, and a washer and dryer. Both units are equipped with a washer and dryer, and beach supplies are provided. A brand new pool is available, with pool heat available for $30 per day. Inquire for terms and conditions. Four coveted off-street parking spaces are provided. This home is dog-friendly, with a $150 non-refundable pet fee for one dog under 50 lbs, which must be up to date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and not a puppy under 1 year. Guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause. Enjoy a quick stroll to the beach, less than a 5-minute walk away. Tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, dog park, and community yoga center are just 2 blocks away. Historic downtown and popular attractions like the Fountain of Youth are less than a 10-minute car ride. Explore the Guana Preserve for kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and fishing, or take guided eco-tours in downtown. Fishing spots and opportunities to look for marine wildlife can be found at the piers in Aunt Kate's or at the Vilano Town Center. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, and this home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
