The garage apartment is a spacious studio with a king-size bed, couch, and smart TV, plus a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic dining utensils, and dining space for four. There is also a small attached bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle. The downstairs garage is designed as the ultimate game room that opens up to the pool deck with a pool table, air hockey, Pac-Man, and more! Pool heat is available for $30 per day; please inquire for terms and conditions. Located just steps to downtown and directly across from Francis Field, this home offers a prime location to all of St. Augustine's top events. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival, and all events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, the reservation may be canceled with no refund.
