Located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 140-acre walkable neighborhood offers flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is 3 blocks from the city marina with daily boat and slip rentals. The trolleys pick up and drop off 2 blocks away at the Villa Zorayda Museum. Enjoy some local favorite restaurants nearby such as La Nouvelle, Ice Plant, and St. Augustine Fish Camp! Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home.
