Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian-era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this home is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. It is just a short walk to the Lightner Museum and down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. The Blue Hen, a top neighborhood brunch spot, is just blocks away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, the host reserves the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
