Enjoy the classic shaded front porch, an oversized backyard with a resort-style heated pool, a covered gazebo with dining for 10, landscape design turf with mature trees, bamboo, and majestic palms. The backyard also offers a mini-golf course, cornhole, and pool basketball. Small events may be approved for an additional fee, please inquire. Located in Lincolnville, the nation’s most historic city, this home is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood with flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment right on your doorstep. The apartment is just a short walk to the Lightner Museum, St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, San Sebastian Winery, and Blue Hen, a top neighborhood brunch spot. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
