Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
