Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15 and parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. There is a bar located directly underneath the unit. Noise levels may vary, especially during the evening and late-night hours. Guests who are sensitive to noise or are seeking a quieter environment should take this into account. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
