The wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch to chilly evenings, and the master bath features an updated glass shower. The backyard, complete with an 8-foot privacy fence, is ideal for relaxing or hosting meals. This home is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a stocked kitchen, 82" TVs with Apple TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps). Rest easy on high-quality memory foam mattresses, premium bedding, and plush towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated and the pool light is out of service. Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. Conveniently located just 9.2 miles from DFW Airport, 12.9 miles to downtown Dallas, and 15.5 miles from the AT&T Stadium, you'll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 6.3-mile drive. Beautiful Irving Lake is also just 5.9 miles away. For family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 15.2 miles away, and Six Flags Over Texas is 13 miles away. The Toyota Music Factory, 2.3 miles away, features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. The pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. The property has security cameras installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps) for all your remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
