We have lived here for the last 6 years and love it! Besides all the wonderful local retail offerings our favorite part of living at Avalon Lakeside is the amazing maintenance department. Jeff and his team do a fabulous job and are always immediately responsive and professional. The maintenance service is so good we can't see ourselves going back to the money-pit of owning a home.
