The living room features a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, as well as a twin-size chair bed. A highchair and a pack 'n play crib are available for an additional fee of $40 each. Located in the rapidly growing eastside neighborhood of Austin, this home is just a short walk from lively East 6th St, where you'll find plenty of places for a bite to eat and nightlife. Nearby attractions include East Side King, Boggy Creek Farm, The Vortex, and the 6th Street Entertainment District. The neighborhood boasts an eclectic and diverse range of dining options, boutiques, and vintage shops. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. A pet fee of $50 per pet will apply, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Having pets at the house without paying the fee is prohibited.
