The living room features a queen sofa bed and a convertible twin bed chair, while a rollaway cot is available in the upstairs room's closet. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers ample space for meal preparation. Entertainment options include an 85" Smart TV with high-speed internet and a variety of backyard games. Central air conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. A complimentary propane tank is provided for the BBQ, with a one-time refill available for $55. Additional amenities include a highchair and a "Pack 'N Play Crib," each available for a one-time fee of $40. The area offers a diverse culinary scene with Lebanese, Vietnamese, Central Mexican, Tex-Mex, and more. Enjoy shopping at thrift and vintage stores, and experience the vibrant music and art scene with weekly shows and special events. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited and may result in a fine of $150 or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $150 per additional hour. Large messes may result in an extra cleaning fee. The pool is used at your own discretion, and safety precautions should be followed. Check-out on time to avoid penalties. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
