No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. A smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
