The kitchen includes all essentials, lots of small kitchen appliances such as a toaster, blender, electric kettle, and mini waffle maker, as well as a Nespresso Vertuo coffee and espresso machine, barware, pots, pans, and bakeware. Pets are welcome with a fee applied. Adult dogs only are allowed, and they must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and they must be on a leash when outside the property. Cats are not allowed. Tucked into the vibrant SoLa (South Lamar) neighborhood, this condo is minutes from downtown. Explore top dining, bars, and entertainment options like Uchi, Loro, Matt’s El Rancho, Uncle Nicky’s, South Soto, Patika, Black Sheep Lodge, and Cosmic Coffee + Beer, as well as live music venues like ACL Live, The Moody Theater, and The Broken Spoke. Local shopping includes vintage shops, art galleries, and Central Market, with a Target around the corner for any basics you may need. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. If the pet rules are not followed, a $150 cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.
