This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a spacious living area with a large 55” flat-screen TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV and other games and apps, and complimentary essentials including toiletries and linens. The bathroom has a pristine shower and tub combo with designer tile surround, Tushy Bidet, luxury Turkish towels, hairdryer, iron, and garment steamer. The kitchen includes a toaster, blender, electric kettle, mini waffle maker, Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Machine, barware, pots, pans, and bakeware. A full-size washer and dryer are also included. A pet fee applies. We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone: adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. Tucked into the vibrant SoLa (South Lamar) neighborhood minutes from downtown, this condo is perfect for remote work, getaways, and staycations. Explore top dining, bars and entertainment like Uchi, Loro, Matt’s El Rancho, Uncle Nicky’s, South Soto, Patika, Black Sheep Lodge, Cosmic Coffee + Beer and live music venues like ACL Live, The Moody Theater, and The Broken Spoke for dancing. It's close to Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, great local art galleries, and minutes from downtown. Enjoy outdoor adventures at Zilker Park, Barton Creek Greenbelt, Lady Bird Lake & Trails, Congress Bridge Bats and walk to the local Tom Lasseter South Lamar Neighborhood park. The sky's the limit with the many local vintage shops and great local art galleries. Don't miss Central Market's extensive prepared foods section, it's amazing! No commercial photography is allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.
