The apartment is situated on the lower level of a home, with ceilings that are 6 feet 10 inches high. As you enter your private apartment, you are greeted by an all-new kitchen and open living space. Rest on the comfy couch or settle into a bar stool at the peninsula. Make your favorite flavored coffee with the Keurig, or perhaps relax with a beverage. Need to get a little work done? Raise the top of the coffee table and voila, you have a great workspace. The kitchen is fully furnished with dining accouterments, including a full-size fridge, microwave, and a 2-burner induction stove top. The apartment offers private off-street parking for one car. For family-friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, as availability permits. Boston perfectly blends the historical with the contemporary. Options for entertainment are endless, from historical tours and trails to eclectic theatre and inspirational architecture. Each season brings unique events and specialties enjoyed by locals and travelers alike, such as 1st Night, the Marathon, and Harborfest. Boston is truly a walking city with convenient public transportation, pedicabs, taxis, and bike rentals readily available. The best way to enjoy this compact, friendly city is to take to the streets, walk, explore, and then relax with a beverage. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time. These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. The upper floors of the home are occupied by full-time residents, and for guest and resident safety, the Suite at House of L has exterior cameras recording. The property is cooled with window air conditioning units, installed in May and removed in September. Each unit has both a cooling and fan function, and each room with a window AC unit also has a fan. The living room features a convertible coffee table that raises to be a desk or table, providing a convenient workspace. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available to meet the needs of guests traveling for both work and pleasure. Suite at House of L has a strict no pets policy.
